District Meeting Minutes for November 20, 2025
Opened with the Serenity Prayer.
Round of introductions.
Secretaries report was given by Cheryl M for 10/16/2025. Motion was made by Cal to accept. Seconded by Karen. Motion passed.
Treasurer's report was given by Cal L.
$1391.33 beginning and ending balance. No activity.
Motion was made by Ryan to accept. Seconded by Cheryl. Motion passed.
DCM report was given b Vern M. Nothing new except website and getting people to attend district.
Corrections: Ryan shared Nicolett County looking for more volunteers. Brown County is still going. Vern and Darla still doing Redwood County.
CPC: Ron reported nothing new.
Web/technology report: Karen shared views are up a little to 180 from October 22 to November 2.
GSR reports:
St. Peter: Ryan shared still going strong. More speakers on the 3rd Thursday and pin night on the 4th Thursday.
Westside: New Ulm: Cal shared attendance is steady. Beginner's meeting on Saturday nights doing okay. 8-10 people.
3 Legacies: New Ulm: no GSR present.
Redwood Falls: Gary shared going good.
Morton: Cheryl shared anywhere from 5 to 13 people attending.
Bird Island: kind of hitand miss.
Olivia: doing good.
New business: Book orders is being put in. District to pay shipping.
Closed with the responsibility statement.
