District Meeting Minutes for June 16, 2026


Opened with the Serenity Prayer.
Round of introductions.
Secretaries report was given by Cheryl for 4/16/2026. Motion was made by Karen to accept secretaries report. Seconded by Dave. Motion passed.
Treasurer's report was given by Cal.
$1412.85 beginning balance
      44.19 website
   1368.66 closing balance
Motion was made to accept treasurer's report by Cheryl. Seconded by Dave. Motion passed.
DCM: Vern had nothing to report. Karen shared  Everything AA app. Meeting
guide chair app. Regarding proposed i
agenda items: PAI form, changing making big books with jacket for people in public. Conference report will be available in November or December.
Vern talked with to activities director at Wabasso Center. May be interested in having AA there.
GSR reports: Ryan St.Peter having activity at Bray Park on June 20 from 11 am to 4 pm.
Cal: Westside attendance is steady and three legacies still having meetings.
Vern: REDWOOD Falls is not having the Friday 10 am meeting.Pretty normal as far as attendance. Jail meetings doing good.
Cheryl: Morton is having picnic on July 11 from 12 noon to 3 pm at Morton City Park.
Dave: Olivia doing good. Bird Island still having meetings.
Area is in Owatonna Saturday at Bass Pro Shop.
